It takes two KOMORI presses for Print O Land to progress

Jaipur-based Print O Land, one of the top-class offset printing companies in the Pink City, has been relying on a couple of brand new KOMORI sheetfed offset presses for printing premium-quality commercial and packaging graphics. The two flagship KOMORI presses are: a Lithrone LS 429 and a Lithrone G37. Quality and innovation in graphic prints, overall reliability and productivity at Print O Land have been elevated to a whole new level since the arrivals of the two KOMORI presses at their facility.

“We bought the Lithrone LS 429 in 2010. Over the years, we have had a good experience of the brand new 4-colour KOMORI sheet-fed offset press, which boasts many added features and technological advancements like fully-automated plate mounting, close loop colour management, and many others,” said Mr. Vikash Agrawal of Print O Land. “Such impression and assertion of KOMORI technology eventually instilled us to go for another upgraded model—the Lithrone G37—which we bought last year.”

The two brand new KOMORI sheetfed offset presses at Print O Land are currently handling the company’s overall commercial and packaging jobs outstandingly among competitors. Alongside the KOMORI machines, a host of other four offset presses are also part of the company’s current machine portfolio. “Following the installation of the Lithrone G37, we have tremendously enhanced our capability to handle varieties of stocks for newer applications in both the commercial and packaging arenas,” mentioned Mr. Vikash.

According to Mr. Vikash, the Lithrone G37 is truly a marvellous machine for high-efficiency production. Compact and robust, this increasingly demanding 37-inch KOMORI sheetfed offset press is perfectly engineered to operate at the maximum print speed of 15,000sph (sheets per hour) for handling sheets up to maximum size of 640x940mm. Stocks of diverse thicknesses, starting from 0.04mm up to 0.6mm, are flawlessly handled by the Lithrone G37 to create high-value varnish and specialty finishes.

Founded in the year 1977, Print O Land has been growing from one level to another under the mentorship of Mr. P. N. Agrawal. A team of more than 20 highly-skilled commercial printing and packaging professionals at the company is taking care of every customer’s demand and desire for quality graphic prints and end-products. Most of the company’s clients are from some key sectors like textiles, jewellery, arts, to mention a few.

Telling about the company’s next-step plan, Mr. Vikash said they will keep moving ahead with newer machines and technologies for offering more enhanced prints and end-products in superior quality. He added, “Doubtless to say that we will never stop upgrading our machine portfolio with timely additions of more advanced and capable machines, unquestionably from KOMORI India.”

Mr. Vikash asserted, “Besides the press, we are truly delighted and fully satisfied with the way the post-sales service team of KOMORI India helps us, supports us, to master the machine and run it to the fullest productivity.”

Print O Land bought the Lithrone LS 429 from a KOMORI channel partner in 2010, which was before the launch of KOMORI India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KOMORI Corporation (Japan), in the country in 2018.
